Since our offerings are primarily digital (web design, SEO, online marketing, content creation), all work is customized and non-tangible. Therefore, we do not offer refunds once the work has started or access to digital products/services has been provided.
2. Refund Exceptions
We may consider a refund or partial refund if:
- The service was not delivered within the agreed timeframe.
- The service does not meet the specifications agreed upon in writing.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service delivery.

- Services not yet started can be canceled for a full refund.
